Return Policy

Non-delivery of the product: Due to some mailing issues of your e-mail provider or your own mail server you might not receive a delivery e-mail from us. In this case we recommend contacting us for assistance. Claims for non-delivery must be submitted to our Billing department in writing within 7 days from the order placing date. Otherwise the product will be considered received.

Major defects: Although all the products are thoroughly checked before release, unexpected errors may occur. Replacement of the product of the same or around the same value can be offered;

Product not-as-described: Such issues should be reported to our Customer Service within 14 days from the date of the purchase. Clear evidence must be provided proving that the purchased product is not as it is described on the website. Complaints which are based merely on the customer's false expectations or wishes are not honored.

How To Return An Item
Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect.

Return Exceptions

Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.

Restocking Fee

All items are subject to a 15% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.

Exchanges

If your item is in like new condition, you may exchange your item for a different color. You will not be subject to a restocking fee in this case, but you still will have to pay return shipping.
